Yes, our virtual doctors can backdate your sicknote 1-2 days prior to your appointment. A medical note can be issued for a maximum of 3-5 days depending on the circumstances.
A follow up virtual medical visit is required should you wish to extend your medical note.

Yes. The virtual doctor will inform you of the charge at the time of your virtual medical visit.
You can connect with a Healthcare Provider 7-days a week between 8am to 9pm Eastern Standard Time. After your consultation, and upon the Healthcare Provider’s discretion, your sick note will be electronically sent to you for easy download and print.
Yes, general virtual consultations are covered if you have a valid Ontario health card. For out-of-province patients, the consultation fee is $50.00 CDN (including all applicable taxes), per visit. We also accept third-party insurance where you may be fully covered or have reduced pricing. Please check your coverage with your insurance provider to see if this applies to you.
