During your consultation, our healthcare providers can diagnose your condition and write any required prescriptions to be sent to your preferred pharmacy. Forms will be filled out at the discretion of the provider and emailed to you or made available for download from your free Virtual Health Clinic account.
After your consultation with a Virtual Health Clinic virtual doctor, and upon the doctor’s discretion, your prescription will be electronically sent to your pharmacy of choice. We do not provide prescriptions for narcotics, opioids, sleeping aids or any controlled substances.

Yes. An online consultation with our Virtual Health Clinic Healthcare Provider is required. Your virtual visit will be for approximately 15 minutes where your medical history and symptoms would be discussed.
You can connect with a Healthcare Provider 7-days a week between 8am to 9pm EST. After your consultation, and upon the Healthcare Provider’s discretion, your prescription will be sent to your pharmacy of choice where you can physically go in to pick it up or have it delivered right to your home.
Absolutely! All prescriptions are issued by licensed Healthcare Providers. Based on your medical profile and assessment, a Virtual Health Clinic physician will decide if the prescription or prescription refill is safe for you. All medications are filled by registered and accredited Ontario pharmacies.
After your virtual medical visit with a Virtual Health Clinic Healthcare Provider and if he or she deems it to be medically safe and appropriate, your online prescription will be electronically sent to your pharmacy of choice. You can either physically go in to purchase and pick-up your prescription or have it delivered to your home.
