The Virtual Health Clinic accepts all major insurance plans for those who do not have OHIP coverage. To find out if your insurance is eligible, please contact us and we will verify your insurance coverage.

Some insurance companies require patients to pay their fees upfront and they will provide reimbursement to the patient directly. Each patient will be provided with a receipt once payment is made to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement.

If you are an Ontario resident with a valid Ontario health card, your consultation will be covered by OHIP. If you are an uninsured individual the cost of the virtual consultation is $50 CDN (including all applicable taxes), per visit.

We also accept all insurance plans outside of our affiliates where you may be fully covered or have reduced pricing. Please check your coverage with your insurance provider to see if this applies to you. A consultation fee of $50 CDN (including all applicable taxes), per visit is applicable and a receipt will be sent to you to submit to your insurance company.

Virtual medical visits are also available to individuals who reside outside of Ontario on a fee for service basis.

Our virtual clinic is open Monday-Sunday from 8am – 9pm Eastern Standard Time including statutory holidays.
